Detox Yoga

What is detox yoga?

Breathing is single-handedly the most powerful detoxification tool. As all classes should focus on breath awareness (pranayama) this will, too. This class is specifically named detox yoga to ensure a successful and meaning class to meet the needs of all students. Meaning, the class is diverse and will look different each go-round. Depending on the average practice of the students I will tailor each class to meet everyone’s needs. For example, if all the students are brand new, we take it slow and workshop poses, if the class has experience we will focus around that.
