The beauty of yoga is that it may be modified for every body & is the best anti-aging tool out there!  Whether you’re brand new to yoga, limited in mobility, experiencing chronic pain or simply interested in learning how to tone and strengthen the body and quiet the mind with the use of a chair then this class may be just right for you.  This is a great class for those who have a desk job!

Yoga mat suggested. All levels and ages welcome!
